Main Ingredients
- 3 lb Beef Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
