Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs baby back or spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Place ribs in the slow cooker, meat-side up.
  4. 4. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  5. 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. 7. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  8. 8. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the ribs and bake for 10-15 minutes until sauce is caramelized.
  9. 9. Serve and enjoy!
