Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, bell peppers, and onion.
2. In a small bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, ground ginger, and garlic. Pour over beef and vegetables.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
