Main Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork shoulder boneless
- ½ cup Orange juice
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 8 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
- 2 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Chicken broth low sodium
1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the pork shoulder on all sides until browned.
3. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Pour the juice mixture over the pork.
4. Add chicken broth to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker. Serve warm.
