Slow Cooker Jambalaya Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 unit green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 unit onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
Add chicken, sausage, tomatoes, broth, bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, and seasonings to the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Add shrimp and cooked rice, stir, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
