- 1 lb Ham diced
- 1 lb Dried Beans soaked overnight
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Place the soaked beans, ham, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beans are tender.
