Slow Cooker Ground Beef Barbecue Recipe
A simple and delicious slow cooker ground beef barbecue recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
5. Serve the barbecue beef on buns or over rice.
