Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Beef Broth (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can Condensed French Onion Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 6 rolls Hoagie Rolls
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the roast.
  3. Pour the beef broth and condensed French onion soup over the roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Remove the roast from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
  6. Place the shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  7. Serve with the juices from the slow cooker for dipping.
