Slow Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe
A simple and delicious slow cooker chicken curry recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 400 ml Coconut Milk 1 can
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Frozen Peas optional
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped, for garnish
1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
3. Sprinkle in the curry powder, ground cumin, and ground coriander.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth.
5. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender.
7. If using, add the frozen peas in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
