Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. Add salt, ground cumin, dried oregano, orange juice, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
5. Optional: Spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
