- 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
4. Add the butter on top of the mixture.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
