Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stroganoff made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 package egg noodles, cooked
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
2. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir into slow cooker.
5. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
