  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. Add BBQ sauce, chicken broth, onion, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce.
