Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken thighs bone-in, skinless
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ cup Vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 Onion sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 pcs Bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 cup Water
1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sliced onion, minced garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
3. Pour in water and stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
5. Serve hot with rice.
