  • 1 cup Water Warm
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt to form dough.
  2. 2. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat skillet and oven to 450°F (230°C).
  4. 4. Roll out dough and place in skillet.
  5. 5. Spread tomato sauce over dough.
  6. 6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. 7. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  8. 8. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
