Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce 24 oz
  • 8 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Lasagna noodles broken into pieces
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the marinara sauce, water, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir to ensure the noodles are submerged in the sauce.
  4. 4. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  5. 5. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top of the lasagna. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. 6. Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
