Skillet Corned Beef Hash Breakfast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked corned beef, diced
- 2 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 4 Eggs
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
3. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the diced corned beef and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
5. Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each well.
6. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 5 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
