Skillet Chicken Primavera
A quick and easy chicken dish with fresh vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli florets. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
