  • 2 pieces Sirloin Steak about 1 inch thick
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Tilt the skillet and spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
