Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 Tostada shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Cook shrimp in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Assemble tostadas by layering shredded lettuce, cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and crumbled queso fresco on each tostada shell.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
