Shrimp Salad Recipe
A light and refreshing shrimp salad perfect for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado Avocado, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
3. Add cooked shrimp to the bowl.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately.
