Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beer
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp and cook until they start to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the beer, paprika, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well.
5. Let the mixture simmer until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
