Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley fresh
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
