Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add peas and carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push veggies to the side, pour in beaten eggs and scramble.
  5. Add rice and soy sauce, stir to combine.
  6. Return shrimp to the wok, mix well. Garnish with green onions.
