Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in curry powder and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add shrimp, cook until pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
