Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados and lime juice.
4. Top each avocado bite with a cooked shrimp.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
