Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, cook until they turn opaque.
  4. Add bell peppers and snap peas, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture, stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
