Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add sesame oil.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and scallops, cook until they turn opaque.
Add bell peppers and snap peas, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture, stir until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
