  • 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the beef.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. 6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the juices. Serve hot.
