Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Green Beans drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and diced potatoes to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent and the potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the tomato soup and drained green beans. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
