  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced into strips
  • 3 units Bell Peppers sliced (any color)
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 units Tortillas warmed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
  3. Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve with warmed tortillas.
