Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced into strips
- 3 units Bell Peppers sliced (any color)
- 1 unit Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 units Tortillas warmed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve with warmed tortillas.
