Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced beef
  • 1 bunch Napa cabbage cut into pieces
  • 1 pack Enoki mushrooms trimmed
  • 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Dashi broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all ingredients by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat the dashi broth in a hot pot until it starts to simmer.
  3. 3. Add the vegetables and tofu to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Dip the thinly sliced beef into the simmering broth until cooked to your liking.
  5. 5. Serve with dipping sauces and enjoy!
