  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the beef. Serve hot.
