Instructions
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until the seafood is just done.
4. Pour in the marinara sauce and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
