Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the seafood mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and salsa. Pour over the enchiladas.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
