Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.
Press the dough into a baking tray, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares or fingers.
