Main Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
In a saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add crispy rice cereal and mix until well coated.
Press mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread over cereal mixture.
Let cool, then cut into bars.
