Main Ingredients
- 4 eggs large
- 400 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- to taste salt and pepper
- for frying vegetable oil
1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
2. Divide sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
3. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each egg for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
