Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs large
  • 400 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for frying vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. 2. Divide sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
  3. 3. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each egg for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
