Sausage and Egg Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Mix well.
Add the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
