Main Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add water and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
