Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the broken pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until it begins to boil. Let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let them sit for a few minutes until they melt, then spread the chocolate evenly over the caramel and pretzels.
Sprinkle sea salt over the top and let it cool completely. Break into pieces and enjoy!
