- 2 lbs Pork spare ribs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and cook for 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
