Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Salsa your favorite kind
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the salsa over the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
