Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the salsa over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
