Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice and zest to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
