Main Ingredients
- 400 g Fresh Salmon skinless, boneless
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Shallots finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Dice the salmon into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the Dijon mustard, capers, shallots, chives, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bowl.
3. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
