Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the mango salsa.
