  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 egg Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard over the salmon.
  5. Fold the pastry over the salmon and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
