- 2 Bagels sliced
- 4 oz Smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoon Cream cheese softened
- 1 Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 Lemon cut into wedges
1. Toast the bagels until golden brown.
2. Spread cream cheese evenly on each half of the bagels.
3. Layer smoked salmon, red onion, tomato slices, and capers on top of the cream cheese.
4. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
