Salmon Avocado Roll Recipe
Delicious and easy-to-make salmon avocado rolls.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 8 oz fresh salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
- Pickled ginger, for serving
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
Lay out a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
Place salmon and avocado slices on top of the rice.
Roll the bamboo mat to form a tight roll.
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
