Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 8 oz fresh salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Wasabi, for serving
  • Pickled ginger, for serving

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. Lay out a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  4. Place salmon and avocado slices on top of the rice.
  5. Roll the bamboo mat to form a tight roll.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
