Ingredients 

Steak Mixture

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Gravy

  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the gravy thickens.
  5. Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
