Salisbury Steak Recipe
Classic Salisbury steak with a rich, savory gravy.

Steak Mixture
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Gravy
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into patties.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the gravy thickens.
5. Return the patties to the skillet and coat with gravy. Simmer for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
